Tail offers free standard shipping for any orders over $150 (cart subtotal after discounts have been applied) shipped within the continental United States! Orders less than $150 will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.95 for UPS SurePost delivery. Orders for Hawaii or Alaska will ship using USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10.00.
Expedited orders received by 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping is not available outside the continental United States.
Tail charges a flat rate of $25 to any country that UPS can ship to. Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We are partnered with Zonos, an international checkout feature that allows for duties and taxes on orders to be paid upfront instead of after the package has already landed. The duties and taxes assessed are determined by UPS in conjunction with your country’s laws, so any taxes and duties that are defined are in no way determined by Tail nor does our company benefit from these charges. Any monies collected for duties and taxes are paid to the government. Tail is paid only for the goods sold and the $25 USD shipping fee.

If you purchased the $2.98 unlimited free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through the Re:do return portal. The returns & exchanges protection applies only to the order with which it was purchased.
If you did not purchase the $2.98 free returns & exchanges protection at the original time of checkout, you will be still be able to process your return or exchange through the Re:do return portal; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee at a discounted rate.
For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will go back on to the gift card(s) used for the original purchase. If returning an item greater than 120 days old, please provide personal identification to receive a refund via a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. If returning a gift, you will receive your refund only on a Tail Activewear Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Refunds on credit cards can take up to 10 business days to post to your statement after they have been issued back to your original form of payment.

Seems to run a bit small but I needed it for the sleevel length and the fit. Just can’t wear a lot of clothes under it. I have the dark navy one, that seems to be a bit roomier. It will be a good transitional color and jacket however. Glad I could try it on at a store when visiting, (90 miles away) so had a good idea of the fit.

Needed a not too heavy jacket for cool morning golf here in Central Florida. The navy blue color and the thickness of this jacket was exactly what I had in mind. I have several patterned golf skorts from Tail and patterned pants from other brands and this jacket is an almost perfect match. The fit is TTS as I am a size 10 (34D) and the medium fits me well with a short sleeve top underneath. As always the quality is there with Tail. There's good reason Leilani Jacket gets so many 5 stars!

I have this jacket in black, navy, and white and wear one of them at least several times a week when I'm not working. They're versatile, good-looking and great quality! The black and navy ones have been staples in my wardrobe for more than 2 years and have withstood dozens and dozens of washings and still look like new. They go great with skorts, yoga pants, leggings and jeans.

I ordered the jacket in Large and it was very large. I normally wear a large. If you wanted to wear a bulky sweater under it, it would work but I exchanged it for a medium. Fit perfect!
